Skirt with Bias Flare
The Bias Flare skirt is the same as Flare #2 but cut on the bias grain. The hem sweep will look quite different with the same pattern but one cut on the grain and the other cut on the bias.
Example
Figure A shows a comparison of how Flare Skirt #2 will look depending on whether you cut it on the straight grain or the bias. The straight grain skirt will sit out more to the side in an A-line shape, the bias one will drape in the center front more.
