Expected Response Time-Frame

If you have purchased a block or a booklet and are having trouble accessing it, please either (a) check the automated email you received for my direct email address, or (b) fill out the form above. I will get back to you within a few hours if the emails reaches me during daytime hours, but it may be 6-8 hours if it the email arrives in the middle of the (Australian) night.  I will send you a link where you can download the item.

If you have noticed a mistake on my website or in my YouTube videos, I would appreciate you bringing it my attention.  Please fill in the form above.

I can answer simple questions and give clarification if it takes 5-10 minutes of my time, but I only have time to answer comments and questions once every two or three weeks.  Please do not expect an immediate reply.

Other assistance in drafting blocks

The content on this website is free as is the content in the YouTube videos I create.    The items I do sell and the coffee people buy me (A Huge Thanks! to those who do buy me a coffee, it is greatly appreciated!)  do not cover the costs associated with all the content I have created and shared.  My priority is my day job, which pays the bills.  I do not have the time to give people unlimited one-on-one help in drafting their blocks.   I also cannot create content to answer a question.

I go into as much detail as I can on my website and in the YouTube videos to make patternmaking more accessible to everyone, but beyond that I cannot give each individual free unlimited assistance.  I find it hard enough to find the time to create content.
